At Wavetronix, we have a group called The Waverunners. No, they're not all about hitting the lake with, you know, wave runners. They're the newest employees at Wavetronix. Usually people in The Waverunners have only been in the company less than a year. This is their chance to look at the company, and the community around them, and experience the empowerment to make a real difference.  

This group decided to hold a Leadership Symposium and invited former Green Beret Colby Jenkins to attend.
